01 / Cylinder liners
Cylinder liners, made in-house since 1971.
Made in-house
- Wet and dry liners, machined or dark.
- Made in-house in Rajkot since 1971.
- Gives the piston a smooth, strong surface and protects the engine block.

02 / Cylinder sleeves
Cylinder sleeves, for worn bores.
- A thin-wall tube fitted into a worn bore.
- Saves the engine block: it goes back into service instead of being replaced.

03 / Air-cooled blocks
Air-cooled blocks, cooled by their fins.
- Cooling fins cast around the cylinder, so air carries the heat away.
- Machined spigot locates it in the crankcase.

04 / Crankshafts
Crankshafts, ground to run true.
- Turns the piston’s up-and-down movement into rotation.
- Journals and crankpins ground smooth, so the bearings run true.
